Accessing or using the MemberVu website at membervu.com — including browsing content, submitting the contact form, or otherwise interacting with the site — constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to the marketing website only. Separate service agreements govern the use of the MemberVu platform software by paying customers.

2. Service description

MemberVu is a membership management platform for Philippine organizations — clubs, homeowners' associations, schools, churches, and professional groups. The platform is developed and operated by Zeniark Philippines Consulting Corporation, a Philippine-registered corporation.

This website provides information about MemberVu's features, pricing, and contact details. It does not itself deliver the platform service.

3. Acceptable use

When using this site you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download site content by automated means without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the security of our systems, or circumvent any authentication or access controls.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive content through the contact form, or use it to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable Philippine law, including the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 (RA 10175).
• Impersonate MemberVu, Zeniark, or any other person or entity.

We reserve the right to block access for users who violate these terms.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, the MemberVu logo, product screenshots, and source code — is owned by or licensed to Zeniark Philippines Consulting Corporation and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

"MemberVu" is a trade name of Zeniark Philippines Consulting Corporation. You may not use it, or any confusingly similar name or mark, without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use this site for its intended purpose.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information on this site — including pricing, features, and availability — is subject to change without notice and does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Zeniark Philippines Consulting Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any content on it.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site shall not exceed PHP 1,000 (one thousand pesos), regardless of the nature of the claim.
